1. Current service
BENCH/GRADE currently provides technical catalog records, compatibility tools, saved configurations, sourcing requests and non-binding order requests. It does not currently offer online card or bank payment.
2. No contract or payment on submission
Submitting a sourcing, contact or order request does not require either side to buy or sell anything. Prices are indicative until product source, stock, destination, freight, tax, merchant identity and payment details are confirmed in writing. A binding sale can form only after the actual merchant supplies final terms and both sides take the stated confirmation steps. No product will be shipped merely because a request was submitted.
3. Product and compatibility information
Specifications are compiled for comparison and may change. Verify voltage, plugs, dimensions, mounts, accessories, intended use and regulatory requirements before accepting a final quotation. Compatibility results are decision support, not a substitute for professional engineering or safety review.
4. Availability and delivery
Only explicitly verified quantities are published as stock. “Availability confirmation required” means there is no stock or dispatch promise. Any delivery estimate supplied later must be supported by the selected warehouse or supplier and is governed by the final sale terms and applicable consumer law. See Shipping & Returns.
5. Acceptable use
- Provide accurate contact and destination information.
- Do not probe, overload, bypass access controls, submit malicious content or interfere with other users.
- Do not copy supplier data, site content or technical assets for an unlawful or misleading purpose.
- Do not submit payment credentials or sensitive personal information through free-text fields.
6. Accounts and records
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential. Request and order references are used for support and audit. We may restrict abusive traffic, invalidate compromised sessions, correct obvious errors or withdraw an unavailable draft before any binding sale.
7. Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Governing law, merchant identity, warranty, dispute and sale-specific terms will be disclosed before paid checkout is enabled. Questions can be submitted through Contact.
